Wellness and self-care have been an enormous part of our stay-at-home routine, and during Quarantine it is key to keep the mind as well as the body well-oiled. Dyeing is a physical activity and we have been dyeing everyday (Quarantine has made a trip to Isan not possible), for an upcoming collaboration that will offer support for communities in need in New York City (more on this soon). Sometimes the back aches and pains creep up on you after an intense dyeing session so we devised a work out to do whilst dyeing (or you can do at home with a big piece of cloth like a sarong or when you are doing the hand-washing). The "workout" is to make sure that the muscles are ready and at the same time as getting those panels bright blue the body is also getting a good workout.
